"An amazing stay. Very convenient location near the metro and secure parking is on offer at a small price. A beautiful breakfast every day. The only small detail was that the toilet stopped flushing the last night we were there but will have been fixed for the next guests no doubt."

"The check in was a bit confusing. There were no staff at the pool or service at all at the pool. It was a trek to the bar and tiu had to carry your drinks on a tray down stairs and in the lift !! Mojito was not right, not enough sugar or lime. Pillows in the bedroom were too big and we couldn't get the tv to work. There seemed to be an absence of staff. Not great coffee at breakfast, it tasted like nescafe. "

"The hotel is in the center of the tourist area so that was nice. The staff were very polite and helpful. The hotel is really a combination of many very old buildings so the layout is a little quirky, The room finishes are getting a bit old looking but the staff keeps the rooms and public areas clean and neat. Breakfast was very nice in a large dining area with plenty of options."

"Great place, slightly far from Porto district but the free shuttle provided by the hotel to & back compensates for that. Close to beach, loved the boardwalk to the beach.
