「The hotel is rated by Expedia as Exceptional, it is not. This was probably the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The wallpaper was coming off the walls, the eating area was filthy, the room was very old, filthy, and had mold in the shower. Does not look like the hotel has ever been updated. The breakfast was a joke. The only thing that was hot were śome type of egg that was solid and flat. I've never seen an egg cooked and looking like that and there were sausage links, that's it for hot...

「Pool is kind of small but sufficient for cooling off. Difficult to keep kids from splashing others but hey, if you’re at a pool you should expect to get wet, right? Friendly staff and the room was perfect-blackout blinds (but a little light sneaks in above them due to no curtains/valance) full size fridge, individual coffee maker with filter pods, dishes, sink and dishwasher. Great shower with body wash, shampoo and conditioner. Missing lotion I feel, but that’s a personal preference. Would...

「Everything about the hotel was great. My first impression as I entered my room, was how clean it was. The bed was super comfortable which gave me a restful night's sleep. The shower was great; good water pressure and perfect water temperature . The complimentary breakfast was a vast assortment so you had a lot to choose from. I would definitely stay at this hotel if I make another trip to Naples Florida.」

「Amazing resort! I can’t say enough. The 2 bedroom suite was absolutely amazing! The room and resort super clean. Absolutely loved the resort pool and bar/ restaurant. Get the nachos!!!! had the best day with the family at the pool listening to great live music. Took the convenient shuttle to the beach to watch the sunset. Can’t wait to come back.」
