The room was nice, but what really made it great is the staff, especially the shuttle service really patient and sweet people. The adult pool was relaxing, and the menu was flexible and they were responsive. The restaurants around are great, we dined at nosh and the cafe by the bay, would totally come back.

The property is well located near fifth Avenue. Our concern is that we were not able to enjoy the amenities as much. Every time there was a thunderstorm less than 10 miles away, the staff will close the pool. The day will be completely beautiful sunny no clouds and then they will close the pool because there was a thunder within 10 miles away. It was quite an aggravating my son could barely enjoy their amenities. Otherwise the food was good and the service was good.

From start to finish.. WOW. I felt super spoiled! When you arrive, you're greeted by super kind and professional front desk. (Being greet with complimentary champagne/water, what!) The room was super clean, super spacious and what a view! The room service was super quick and attentive. They shuttle you to the resorts pool that has a beautiful water fall. I cannot say enough good things about this place. We will be back!
