「Great location, polite team. Unfortunately for the rate it’s a dated room with bath and hand shower head. This sits under a sloping roof and meant no stand up showing.」

「Another wonderful stay , the hotel is so beautifully decorated clean and owners so friendly and helpful. The breakfast in the morning is amazing with a fantastic choice cooked to order. The lady serving this is a treasure and can’t do enough for you. Will be back again to this amazing hotel by the sea .」

「Lovely Garden room. Rather bijou and a particularly small bathroom. I was concerned about noise from the restaurant but it was fine (we were on 1st floor). Luxury bedsheets and duvet and decent aircon. Staff all lovely. Breakfast was fine. I had salmon and scrambled eggs on the first morning. The salmon was pretty tasteless and the eggs were dry - very disappointing and not expected from this establishment. Next morning I had smashed avocado and poached eggs which were nicer, but not...

「We recently stayed at Acqua Beach Hotel in Weymouth and had a lovely experience overall. It’s a nice, small place that feels welcoming and well-kept. The room was very clean and tidy, which we really appreciated. The staff were all fantastic, always smiling, friendly, and very helpful throughout our stay, which made a big difference. 「Oak Tree Rooms was an excellent base for our New Forest weekend. I think the only drawback was the other people staying - they did like a loud conversation through a locked door, which was quite annoying! Other than that, the rooms were very comfortable indeed.」
