「The hotel is located on the mountain and the view of lake Lugano is spectacular. As it turns out, the rest of the experience was less so. We arrived around 10pm and by then, the kitchen was closed. The staff reluctantly served us drinks while at the same time wiping tables and closing down - despite the fact that the bar was supposed to stay open for another 30 minutes. 「We had a very pleasant stay overall. The hotel has a charming retro style, and while the rooms are a bit older, they are well maintained and have a lot of character. What stood out the most was the hospitality. The owner and staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always happy to help, which made the whole stay feel very personal. 「ミラノマルペンサ―空港から乗換なしで、電車で約40分の距離にあるバザーレ駅から、バス、タクシーで10分程の所にあります。目の前にスーパーマーケットがあります。敷地内の針葉樹では、鳥がさえずります。 お部屋は、清潔で、快適に過ごせました。 トイレットペーパーやバスマットに、さりげない デコレーションがされており、心がなごみます。 スタッフの方々の対応、気配りも大変良かったです。朝食のビュッフェは、大変美味しくいただけました。 私の胃が小さいのが残念なくらい、種類も豊富でした。 Every things were good! delicious meal .
