「The staff were friendly and always greeted us with warm smiles. The room was spacious, clean, and above all, we had a wonderful view of Lake Como from each room. The hotel’s interior design and decorative details were charming and sophisticated. 「absolutely amazing stay!! me & my partner stayed here for two nights after being in very tourist heavy places — it was the best decision! very close to the train, lake, and ferry stop. the breakfast was AMAZING, and the restaurant attached to the hotel is a must-try. would definitely come here again」
