「This is a precious little hotel. Everything is stellar, but we wish to acknowledge the staff in particular. Nadia, Anna, and Susanna at reception could not have been more helpful. 「This is a classic Italian countryside villa located in a wooded area by a lake. It is just 40 minutes from the Milan Airport on the way to Lake Lugano and Switzerland. Tall ceilings, clean room with a view of the forest. There is a road in front of the property, but we could hardly hear it even during the day. They accommodated a late check in (9:30PM).」
