This was a centrally located excellent, modern hotel with great beds, great breakfast and as we lived on 4th floor also very quiet within the room.

Great modern boutique hotel in beautiful Lugano

The hotel was very modern and clean and close to the railway station (2 stops away). The staff were all friendly. Small breakfast buffet was great. I would stay at this hotel again definitely and highly recommend it to anyone who would stay in Lugano.

Everything was walkable. Good links to bus stations especially with the Ticino ticket that gives you free public transport. I wasn’t aware of this until the concierge informed me. Room was nice enough and breakfast had enough options.

Nice clean hotel with a great breakfast. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Katla at the breakfast restaurant is exceptionally pleasant and friendly. Great way to start your day by meeting such a nice lady.

Hotel a little out of the main centre but only takes ten minutes to walk there. Near a bus stop to the station. Everything felt new and efficient. Room quite expensive, maybe because there aren't lots of hotels in Lugano. Room itself was sizable.

Very new and modern. Great spacious rooms. It’s certainly not 4 stars, but we had a very pleasant stay. And shout out to Katia - she made us feel very special and welcome! It’s around 15 mins walk to the main areas, but a nice quiet hotel room. Which we appreciated. Definitely recommend!
