"The rental was comfortable, convenient, and met our expectations. The location made it convenient to get around, but was still away from the world enough that we got some excellent nighttime views and heard the frogs chirping at night. Only thing to note is that if you are movement challenged, this rental may not be for you - especially if you use a wheelchair or walker. The Mexican restaurant right down the street had a good breakfast - the chili verde was on point."

I was pleasantly surprised by how well stocked the kitchen was. It’s probably the best stocked kitchen I’ve had at a VRBO. Overall it was a fantastic rustic cabin up in the mountains. "

"The place was perfect for our needs! It was clean and comfortable with good AC in all the rooms. We had family staying some nights so the size was perfect to accommodate extra guests. It’s close to Springville yet far enough from town to feel more in the country. Great spot!!"

"This property is absolutely beautiful. The river runs just below the area and the sound of the water is so nice and calming. They have coffee for the mornings which i truly appreciated! 2 seperate buildings for bathrooms and a separate space with showers (partially outside, rock floors and open roof! Also access to the river with steps made of large rocks. Everyone was helpful and friendly. "
