"Staff was super friendly. The rooms were okay, could definitely use some sprucing up and maybe new bedding/curtains. The nonsmoking smells terrible of smoke though. And bring flip flops/house shoes. The floors are NOT clean. I learned the hard way. Otherwise, fairly quiet. Though there is a lot of traffic on the side facing Dennys, don’t recommend that side!"

"Black out blind could not be lowered as the pulley was broken. There was a super lit up lot across from the hotel which made it incredibly difficult to sleep. We therefore slept for less than 5 hours. Mentioned to person at front desk who shrugged and said she would pass on the information. As well, air conditioner was incredibly loud. Not a good night and we have stayed at many HamptonInns as Hilton Honors members."

"The guy who checked in my friend and I was very nice, I believe he said his name was pruneet. But after going out for the night and coming back we saw our door was cracked open. Our belongings were gone through and when we told the larger woman working front desk she was not concerned at all. Just told us to let her know if anything was missing. Fortunately we left nothing of value in the room and nothing was missing just our cards moved around our wallets. We went back to the desk and the tall ginger security guard was nice and concerned. Why did the security guard have to tell the desk lady to switch us rooms when she should have offered it the second we told her of the incident. We were downgraded to an upstairs room when my original booking was for a king suite. After looking at my receipt it seems as though only $18 were refunded. The same guy who originally checked us in was there when we checked out. When we told him the situation he was very considerate and actually seemed to care unlike the woman we had to deal with the night prior. Unfortunately I had to file a police report about the whole thing in concern for my friend and mine’s safety. This was a traumatic experience and I will never be traveling without a man again."
