Accommodation is very spacious and clean. It’s perfect for a couple of families with small children. Would definitely rebook here in the future. We couldn’t figure out how to make the AC work properly at night.

Strong service, nice place, only minor improvements

Common area, size, bed situation, nice style, kitchen set up, outside area Heating was unclear and blankets were missing (very cold first night) generally a renovation seems necessary some time soon (in particular pool area). Beds could be more comfortable (bigger for tall people). Water supply sometimes lacking.

Super cycling stay

Stayed for a few days in this beautiful villa. Perfect for all our needs including a garage to store our bikes. 5 mins walk from the square and bars/restaurants. Highly recommended

Perfect villa in the perfect location

Amazing villa with loss of space and great amenities. The location is perfect, with a short walk into the centre of Pollensa old town, minutes from the steps we loved it. Great service by Owl booking who have been fantastic and accommodating throughout as we booked this back on 2019 for 2020 when Covid delayed it. Thanks again!!

Lovely property

The villa is situated in Pollensa Town. The Managing Agents did a wonderful job. Everything we asked for was immediately dealt with. They were a joy to deal with. We’ll done Owl. The villa was excellent for eight people especially with a swimming pool. We had a wonderful time

Exellent villa

We stayed at this villa as a group of 8 cyclists. The villa has a great pool and was spotless clean. All the facilities are provided. You may need to buy dishwasher tablets and toiletries etc yourself. There’s the lovely town centre nearby where you could spend the evenings. Don’t miss the Sunday Market at the main square. The villa is very spacious and also have a large garage which was very useful for us to leave our bikes. Overal, a great experience. Will come back.

Great townhouse in Pollensa

A great townhouse- it’s really big, plenty of room for all eight of us. Outside space and pool both a decent size and loved the flow from the kitchen into the courtyard. We spent a really comfortable and enjoyable week there. Issues with an overflowing shower and the lack of oil were fixed speedily- I was extremely impressed by owl booking’s responsiveness. A couple of areas of real wear and tear in the house. The decking round the pool is worse for wear, the shower head in the main bathroom needs replacing as it is broken. Some of the beds are quite old (eg the twin bed mattresses). The kitchen was very functional but perhaps didn’t have the right set up to be able to cook for eight people (eg baking sheets, two ovens, larger hob).

Villa Alvarez

Owl booking were excellent with speedy responses to any requests. Great location and a great villa - lots of space to spread out. More shade on the terrace and by the pool - a mobile umbrella/parasol. More soft seating in the living room for the 8-9 people in the Villa. Upgrade the washing machine. More hangers in the rooms for clothes. Air con is very noisy on the top floor and ground floor. More items for the beach could be left in the garage.

Fantastic Villa Alvarez

The accommodation is excellent and full value for money As stated a 2 minute walk to the town centre Bedrooms were comfortable and the top floor bedroom is amazing Very comfortable accommodation and kitchen has everything you need Also excellent service from owl booking.com

Luxusobjekt für Knallerpreis

Luxuriöse Villa, mit ordentlicher Ausstattung und Lage 5 Minuten Fußweg bis zum Marktplatz von Pollenca. Trotz 14° Aussentemperatur, hatte der Pool um die 40° und man konnte bis tief in die Nacht darin verharren. Für den Preis war es im November unschlagbar!

Lovely villa in fabulous location

The property was beautiful and extremely spacious. All facilities were good, fabulous location and easy to get around using buses and taxi's ( we didnt have a car) - the only really minor issue for us was the pillows !!

The Villa

There were seven of staying a week in the villa The space was amazing and each bedroom having en suite facilities was fantastic. Having a garage was essential as the street was very narrow. The location was excellent, with a short walk to the Square where all the restaurants were. All in all a fantastic villa which we will be happy to book again . The only little thing you could improve was to have a couple of sun chairs , I know we had plenty loungers, However there were three people in their 70/80’s As the loungers were low, The pool is small, we knew that before we came . That is only a small ask everything else

Spacious property

Very good initial impression but a bit 'tired' in various parts eg wine rack edging had peeled off on kitchen island and no bath plug in bedroom overlooking the pool. Well equipped although some equipment not working properly. The bottom rack of the dishwasher was ill fitting on its runners and therefore very easy to foul the rotating arm. Neither of the 2 coffee machines worked properly. Disappointingly small pool as photo very misleading. The decking was loose in places. Rain borne sand covered the decking but we could not clean it as no outside hose. Didn't use garage as too difficult with parked cars. It would have been much better used as a recreation room with table tennis or pool table.

Pollenca stay

Overall, the property is great and in an excellent location. Very spacious. Really liked the open kitchen and wide opening patio doors leading on to the patio area. The lighting throughout the property is well thought out but the lighting outside could be developed particularly by the dining area. Decoration and furnishing throughout the house were very tasteful. The oven and barbecue were good.Some suggestions to further improve the experience: Two sets of keys, particularly useful if different members of the party are doing different things. Road outside the property is very narrow and therefore if someone has a large/long car it is difficult to park in the garage- guests should be made aware. Dishwasher and washing machine were a bit temperamental. One or two big saucepans would have been useful particularly when catering for a large number. Also more than one oven rack is needed. There needs to be enough chairs for 8 people in the lounge and around the outside table. Having said all this, we loved the property and would not hesitate to stay there again. thank you.

Fabulous villa and great locatioin

Just returned from a 4 day break in the villa which accommodated 6 adults comfortably. The villa is spacious, clean and tidy. Location is about a 5-10 min stroll from the centre of Pollensa which has an abundance of great restaurants and bars. A taxi ride into Puerto Pollensa was 10 euros. The agents were very prompt in their responses and a special mention to Claudia who arranged for us to leave our suitcases in the office and even drove the cases back to the villa for our airport pickup. Any queries or information we asked of Claudia she happily sent through to us promptly. The Sunday market set in the streets and squares of Pollensa is a must to stroll around and you can't miss out on walking up the 365 Calvari Steps, Would highly recommend.

Beautiful Villa in the heart of Pollenca old town

We stayed at Villa Alvarez in the middle of May. It is a dream for cyclists - it has it's own garage for storage, with easy access to the main roads to Port Pollenca and the mountains. The villa has all the equipment and utensils you need and has a small shop and bakery right next door for all the essentials. Just Perfect! The Villa was very clean, well laid out and is a short walk from the main parts of Pollenca. Owl Bookings were very helpful and easy to deal with throughout. They communicated quickly and helpfully through the booking process and during our stay.

Lovely villa in a great location, perfect for groups or families.

We were 4 couples away for a new year break. The villa suited our needs really well, any requests were seen to promptly, overall a great experience. The only thing we would have liked was an up to date music system, maybe a bluetooth speaker?
