「What an absolute gem of a property! I come to Hove for business and have always stayed quite some distance away (Hayward Heath) due to the lack of secure parking at most properties in the area. 「We had a wonderful stay in the Cart Lodge cottage. Location was perfect - easily accessible from the main yet very quiet and secure with plenty of parking. Cottage had everything we needed - including very comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen (we cooked multiple times) and a cozy sitting room. Best feature: the sheep! Loved watching them from the window and feeding them digestive biscuits in the morning. We would definitely stay again.」

「If you love a peaceful country retreat then this is for you. Wildlife all around. The owner could not be more helpful. Peacocks at the back door herds of dear and flocks of amazing rheas much better than advertised. You do need a car with good clearance for the track through the forest but it's worth it as it all ads to the amazing adventure. Thank you once again to our host Martin who meets guests at the gate to lead you through the forest.」

"プレミアリーグのサッカーチームがあるイギリスの避暑地という事で訪れたが全体的に施設が老朽化しており、多くの観光客が訪れるせいか街自体も汚く、海岸もそんなに綺麗ではない。あくまでもイギリス国民向けのカジュアルな保養地と言った印象で、海外からわざわざ訪れるに値しない。ただ海岸沿いにあるホテル群の中で一番外観が綺麗だったホテル(当ホテルではない)の一階レストランで食べた夕食は、今まで総計3週間ほどイギリスに滞在して食べた食事の中で一番美味しかった。"
