「This property is about as good as it gets for staying in a beautiful seaside town and enjoying the ultimate amenities that they provide with a great deal of personal consideration. I highly recommend this place if you’re going to Rockport Mass!」

「Ocean Breeze was, indeed, a breeze. Easy check in and check out procedures. The rental was very clean and tidy with plenty of towels (including beach towels) and nice touches in every room. Appliances are well maintained and the kitchen area and provisions were just what we needed for our stay. The neighborhood was extremely quiet and relaxing and a short walk to Good Harbor Beach. Wish we could have stayed longer.」

「Only I can complain about is parking. Impossible on a Sunday afternoon got A 50 ticket while moving our stuff into the place. SHAME on Rockport for exploiting the elderly! METER PERSON」

「Historic home — Lovely, spacious, immaculate, within a few minutes walk of Lower Beach, Shalin Lu music center, lots of dining, scenic downtown harborside. We didn’t need our car for the length of our 3-day stay, then found on-street parking (4 for 4 hours) to extend our stay in Rockport for another afternoon.」

「Comfortable abode, had everything we needed, owner was gracious to permit us to use her parking spot and backyard because she was out of town, we gratefully appreciated that! We wouldve been very happy regardless, location can’t be beat! It was spotless and have plenty of nice towels. We would book again!」

「Excellent accommodations. We visited in mid-July 2025, and during an unusual heat wave - weather. The bedroom was very warm and the AC unit was struggling to cool the entire apartment. One text to the host, and within hours a second portable AC unit was installed by the maintenance crew. No questions, no trouble, just an apology and an immediate solution to address our concern. Issued resolved! We can’t say enough about how responsive the host was and friendly. The host was genuinely interested...
