「This was a nice property with a great staff and clean rooms. Nice breakfast. They also had coffee, water and cookies available all day. Had a very nice stay our 4 days there. Would recommend and stay there again. 」
「Come to this hotel often. Convenient location, a little up in cost now. But suits our needs. Staff is professional and accommodating. Like the convenience of having breakfast at the hotel. They have hot options and a waffle maker which is always a hit for the kids. Like the fresh fruit selection. Parking is enough for the hotel and pool is nice to have on bad weather days. Just have to grab towels at the front desk before using the pool. We come every year.」

Fire engines even showed up and it all started to escalate.
But the hotel didn't even apologize.
And of course they didn't refund our money.
Shouldn't they change the price of the room?"
