「I booked this hotel based on its high ratings, so I was surprised by my experience. I'm not sure how this property has an 8/10 rating. The hotel felt old and had an unpleasant smell. The shower drained very slowly, the water pressure was poor, and the Wi-Fi was so weak that I couldn't even connect to it. I stayed for a few days while visiting the area. 「Got a dirty room that was clearly not cleaned recently. Asked for a different room and got one that reeked from smoke smell covered by some nasty perfume spray. Found a dead bug on the floor. Maintenance bad. I will never go back there. Staff was nice and friendly」

「The only problem we had was on Tuesday night the front desk person took and gave a key to a woman to our room in 119 And she was not with my party at all. It was just me and my wife in bed and she walked in with a key through the access of a key card. I talked to the manager at the front desk.
