「Queen mattress gave firm but supportive feel , bathroom shower roomy enough so it didn't seem cramped whatsoever .」

「Checkin was frustrating. The receptionist was rude and not very informative. He acted as though I’ve never checked into a hotel, very condescending. I told him it was difficult to find, because the Expedia listing doesn’t list the name. He didn’t care. The checkout was at 10, the earliest over ever seen.」

「Soundproof windows blocked most noise enabling restful nights together enjoying peaceful sleep throughout time spent here」

「Towels were provided and parking was convenient to find. The bed was large and comfortable enough for two with space to work at the desk as well.」

「Nearby vending machines were fully stocked and straightforward to use.」

「Rooms were basic but clean and comfy enough for a short stopover.」

「Rafael was super prompt and helpful! Some of the most effective communication I've had with a VRBO/other platform host. The location was really nice and affordable relative to other options in Oakland, especially convenient that there is an on-site parking lot. Would definitely recommend if you need a comfortable stay in the area!」
