"All round fabulousness! Great hotel in a great location. Customer service was excellent by everyone throughout our weeks holiday. Breakfast was a little repetitive but had freshly squeezed orange juice! Would have preferred a cafeteria of coffee instead of out of the machine. But all in all it was good enough and plentiful. Bar food around the pool area was excellent 👌 rooms were a little basic but functional and clean… thank you for a great week away! "

"One night solo business trip - firstly, and what stood out was that the service was fantastic, so helpful and friendly. Hotel was great, comfortable with brilliant pool and lounge areas. Nice location, 6 mins from airport but doesn’t feel like it. Right on the beach. Would return for sure. "

"This is my second stay, and it was even better than the first (and it is definitely not the last). While it's a full five-star hotel, it's not so big, so that it feels more like a club than an impersonal hotel. But it has all the necessary facilities. No fancy foyer or other trappings, but if you want a very quiet, clean comfortable room, in a friendly environment right next to the sea, with a terrific swimming pool, bar, restaurant, spa (small, but pleasant, and spotless), I'd recommend it. As importantly, the staff are so friendly and helpful, but not in a fawning manner. As it's quite small you feel you get to know each other over a few days. The only pity is that, on both my visits, the Sunset Bar was closed (but I was still able to go up with a drink from bar down below, to see amazing sunset, but no atmosphere, as no one else there). I am surprised May would be out of season? It's great there is no music by the pool during the day (unlike most other hotels) and you can hear birds chirping! At night the rooms are so quiet, and I slept the best I have ever, in any hotel. You can walk through their own gate into the sea - and the area is nice with some funky bars and nice restaurants. Yet, it's only about 25 mins by bus (leaves right outside the front entrance every 15 mins) to the centre of Palma, for 2 euro! And the airport bus only takes 15 mins and leaves every 30 mins (five euro). It would also be good to have some tea and other drink options in the room."

"A superb hotel. First class service and excellent staff including the brilliant Aitor who was charm and humour personified. Modern shore facilities, seafront balcony, free drink on arrival, gym, jacuzzi, wet and dry saunas. Highly recommended. "
