「I enjoyed my stay as always..No complaints..!!」

「Dusty walls; many, many marks and stains on floor, walls, and woodwork. Parking in front of rooms full of cigarette butts and small trash. Price was cheap but definitely not worth the bargain. Needs extensive deep cleaning and repainting.」

「It was ok for one night after a full day at Bush Gardens. Lobby was clean and nice. Check-in was easy. Room was very dated and worn. Stains on curtains and ceilings. Bathroom was small and stained. Grout was poor. No hairdryer in room. Fridge was large and cold. Beds were comfortable. Air conditioning was cold but very noisy (rattled). 「Overall my stay was OK. Upon arrival I was not able to check in on time because my room was not available due to hotel being reserved to capacity, which caused me to have a 1 hr delay in check in. The hotel receptionist (Urania)was somewhat pleasant however, made some remarks that my particular room wasn’t ready because I had to wait for a handicap room, I stated I did not book a handicap room. Then, she stated that since I booked via Expedia that, I have the cheapest room, so I had to wait for...

「Excellent stay! AC was very cold especially considering temps were near 100! Room was very clean, comfortable beds and pillows. We had a very good stay!」

「The hotel was clean! The staff was very professional and helpful! However, the room looked very cheaply renovated. Lots of patched up spots in the ceiling. Bathroom door was several different colors of brown. The carpet needs to be cleaned or removed. There was a slight smell over near the bathroom/fridge/microwave area.
