「The property was great, awesome cabin with all that we needed. Cutest general store and great playgrounds. Dog park for a pet and very convenient. Only negative is that it is directly beside a very active railroad track. After the first night you get used to it though. Very friendly, very clean!」

「Tthe history of the property itself was amazing. Not to mention the surrounding area. The house was near to the community but also far enough out to be very quiet and peaceful. We loved the open floor plan of the main level but if you have issues with mobility, accessing the stairs to the second floor may be an issue. 」

「We had a great week on the river thanks to our fantastic host, Clint. Cottage is a wonderfully thoughtful renovation, set up for lots of fun activities inside and out. Plenty of beds and all the amenities with a superb dock and nice water access. We grilled, baked, caught lots of rays and even a few fish and crabs off the dock. Fun family activities close by, too. Highly recommend!」

「We had a lovely stay in Deena’s cottage. The cottage was super convenient to the car ferry, and we took many fun trips into Williamsburg and Jamestown with the kids. We enjoyed the private slice of beach right outside the cottage and kayaking with the kids in the river. Deena was incredibly communicative and knowledgeable and the check-in/out process was seamless. The cottage was well-appointed and the kitchen well-stocked and had everything we needed. All in all, the cottage was a perfect...

「I sent my wife, her foreign guest, and the neighbor on an outing—mainly because the noise level at home had reached “incoming artillery level”.I steered them away from repetitive shopping, they enjoyed some fresh air, and I found the sound of silence.Unfortunately… they’ve returned.They loved it. 」

「Beautiful, clean, comfortable, and quiet. This cottage has all the amenities of a hotel, plus more. Full kitchen with provided cookware, one and a half bathrooms, large dining room and family room. Outside is as beautiful as it is inside, with a nice private, fenced yard to just relax in. Perfect location within walking distance to the beach and Water St festivities. There isn't anything negative to write about. Would highly recommend.」
