Overall a great experience. Most staff are welcoming however there are a few who were rude. The housekeeping service was disappointing as they just changed the towels and didnt even empty the trash or provide more toilet paper.

The views and scenery were excellent, the hotel was beautiful and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The parking is a bit of an issue as you cannot park near the hotel and it is a 20min walk to the hotel. Breakfast in the morning is good but they don’t have enough seating area for all the guests so at times you needed to wait to be seated which is wasn’t too long. Air con in the room did not work and the room service didn’t make up the room very well. On the whole it’s a lovely place with nice views and restaurants Dardin was our favourite. It’s worth a visit

Was a lovely hotel with exceptional views from the premium sea view room ... however must say that resteraunts in perast are limited and you certainly need a car to explore further. Due to the isolated location food and drinks are expensive a 2 course meal with a couple bottles of wine will set you back 150eurs minimum. But views and staff were excellent

Hotel uses historic building and very good atmosphere but I must say service level is not at professional level. I asked to bring towels to my room but it took two hours after I called twice. There is very limited items in the room and I had to ask for glasses to drink wine. There is swimming area just in front of the hotel but drains from somewhere (maybe from the hotel) make the whole area stink….

Beautiful hotel, fabulous location and lovely staff. Very much recommend this hotel and location. Spa was amazing, go for the massages (divine) and not the manicure/pedicure (just a big no for cuticle nippers...)

We had a beautiful three night stay here. The hotel is amazing, with a wonderful spa and amazing views. The staff were all incredibly helpful and added to an amazing stay. The hotel also has it’s own private beach area which is great for relaxation. We would love to stay here again.

Oh what can I say apart from go go go to this hotel! Absolutely beautiful hotel run by smazing management and staff. From the monent you arrive by buggy pick up you are treated like royalty! Loved everything, there is something v magical about this hotel and Perast. We will definitely return.

The Hotel is just fantastic and very, very charming. All the employee were so friendly and helpful. I loved the beach with the pool ... The breakfast was generous and the food in the restaurant on the beach in the evening was absolutely delicious. My room was so pretty - as the whole hotel and lobby. I enjoyed my vacation there a lot and hope I will be back ...

Wonderful

Beautiful hotel located in the picturesque town of Perast. Super friendly helpful staff, really large, wonderful room. Parking is off site but there’s transportation by golf carts so non issue. We loved it so much we extended our stay with one night. Highly recommend this hotel. Food nd service at restaurant is excellent as well.

The building is beautiful and the hotel is wonderfully clean. We stayed in a family room with two teenage children and the duplex gave plenty of space for 4. Some staff are excellent, in particular the waiters in the piazza who are also very helpful and friendly. Cooked breakfast needs to be improved and a bit of variety in the buffet would be good too. Riva restaurant is excellent and would highly recommend. The food is fabulous and the service is really good. We would definitely return.
