「The heater went from heat to a/c immediately. Very cold. It blows right on the head of the bed. We had to turn it off」

「Clean rooms, need better shampoo expecially after swimming in pool it'd be helpful. Over all was great to have a mini getaway for son's 10th birthday. Pool was great .」

I loved it. stuff were amazing. pool was amazing. room was amazing. had a jet tub in the room. everything worked perfectly and everything was up to date. great fuse and super friendly stuff. couldn't have asked for a better stay. make sure you check out their new coffee bar in their hotel and their little store by the front desk. 」

Positives were friendly staff, clean, spacious rooms, hot breakfast, pool and hot tub, quiet, friendly housekeeping staff, good parking, walk to Boston Pizza, easily accessible from highway. Things that could be better ae the beds and the bathtubs are quite small. Anyone on the larger side will not be able to take a bath.」

「Absentee owners. Window had a crack in it already when we rented and it broke at no fault of our own. They kicked us out with still 2 days left on our reservation then stole $500 of my credit card. Do not go there. It is a dive hotel」

「You get what you pay for. Cheap hotel and it shows. Minimal towels in the room. Garbage under the bed when we checked in. Old fridge and mattress in the parking lot. Staff was friendly enough and got extra blankets and towels in a timely manner when we asked」

As for the room it was clean but we were on the bottom floor…which happens sometimes booking through a third party which is too bad I’ve had this happen now a few times…even when we had booked a vehicle we had an issue last year booking through a third party..anyway the room’s door had a gap between door and jam so you could hear everything in the hallway felt like the people were in our...
