良かった点 : 清潔度、スタッフとサービス、設備とサービス
The breakfast was great. There were many options and the food was hot and fresh. Loved the fruit salad and the super fresh bagels. My other half loved the omelets and sausages. There's tea and coffee available in the lobby at all hours, with a huge selection of teas.
The room was pet friendly and they tend to be a little more worn than other rooms. This was the case, things seemed a little dated and worn out. We were so glad that our dog was welcome, but the hotel seemed more pet-tolerant than pet-friendly compared to other places we've stayed.
One issue was that we couldn't enjoy the gym or hot tub together because we couldn't leave our dog unattended in the room. That was a bit inconvenient but not unreasonable. Most hotels don't want dogs left unattended so this wasn't unusual or unexpected.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. We'd stay there again.
