Ubud City-Centre is known for its spectacular forests, and you can see some sights in the area like Ubud Monkey Forest and Ubud Traditional Art Market.
While Kutuh Kelod might not have many sights to explore, venturing just a little farther will lead you to top things to see and do like Ubud Monkey Forest and Ubud Traditional Art Market.
Spas, river views, and forests are some highlights of Sambahan. You might stop by Aloha Ubud Swing or Gaya Ceramic Arts Centre while you're in the area.
Everything was wonderful in the hotel. My comment about Bali in general is that pedestrians have no chance to survive - drivers don't give them the opportunity to cross the street

As a solo female traveler I felt so safe and I was treated incredibly well. The staff says that they want you to feel at home and the do everything to make you feel that way. The room was very large with a gorgeous balcony. I still dream about the bathtub, pool and the room service was delicious. I also tried the floating breakfast and flower bath, AMAZING! The shuttle service was great but the location was so convenient that I didn’t even need it. I plan to stay here again in the future.

This was the best hotel I have ever stayed in. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. I came on a solo trip and never felt alone. Extremely accommodating and always there if you need anything. I loved the area it was in because it’s was right around the corner from the busy area but not on a busy street. There is a great restaurant in the resort but if you don’t want to eat there is...

An absolute gem. Beautiful large room set in gorgeous gardens. Set back from the busy streets of Ubud but still easy walking distance to Monkey Park and other downtown sights. Excellent breakfast. Friendly staff. I’d love to stay longer and would highly recommend.

Byasa is an awesome place to stay. Our only complaint is that we didn’t stay long enough! The rooms/ property are beautiful and the customer service is simply outstanding. They accommodated our room requests and even provided a cell phone for us to use to call the hotel at any time. Also, the breakfast is made to order and absolutely delicious. I hope to stay here again on a future visit!

From the moment you walk in, throughout the stay and even the final goodbye, smiling faces are all around. This hotel has the extremely attentive, unobtrusive, kind, warm, and caring staff. I felt as if I was being greeted and having conversations with old friends. The spa services were the best I have had, true balinese style and techniques. Overall this hotel exceeded my expectations! Bravo!

It was great stay for two nights in Jani's Place Cottage. Staffs are very welcoming and ready to help me out for antything. I accidentally left a few personal items at room, but fortunately, I had the chance to return and retrieve my luggage—and was relieved to find everything I had misplaced. One thing I was a bit sad is that the pool area is not really open to sunlight so if you are considering to have a sun-bathing, maybe less change you get.
