日の当たる部屋にもかかわらず冷房が全然効かなかったので暑かったです。メンテナンスをお願いして、外出中にみてくれた形跡はありましたが、全く直っておらず、毎朝暑くて目が覚めるは、日中は外にいる方がましだったりしました。

Staff were helpful & friendly, great view of the rice fields from the balcony, room tidy & clean, excellent breakfast selection & wonderfull view from the swimming pool. Great location in Ubud with access to shops, cafes & restaurants within a very short walking distance. Would stay there again if coming if Bali.

The Evitel was in a great location. The rooftop pool and bar were amazing. The view from the rooftop amazing. The staff were very friendly. I was able to check-in early. Thank you for a great stay. Highly recommend for people to stay here. And the price is great for the hotel and location.

Great hotel, great facilities. I had noisy neighbours both night and the walls are thin. However staff were very quick to ask neighbours to quieten down. Will stay here again.

excellent central location

Clean & spacious room, convenient location, walkable to loads of tourists attractions, the rooftop restaurant & pool were the bonus, excellent views to the rice fields, in a clear day, you can see all the peaks of 4 volcanoes in Bali, we were very lucky to see the sun rise from the volcanoes when we stayed!

Ett mycket bra boende , centralt men lugnt. Fin pool och en enklare restaurang på taket. Frukosten var inte riktigt varm och lite smaklös (local food) men helt okej. Väldigt många ”trainees” i personalen vilket gav en ojämn service men alla var väldigt trevliga.

The stay was great! Check in was super quick but I checked in in the evening after a 3 hour flight. The room was good to just that the AC took a long time to cool the room and made some noises (it needs cleaning). This hotel is one of the few hotels in central Ubud that has a rooftop pool. Breakfast was adequate but nothing to shout about. Close proximity within 1 min to Coco Supermarket which often the meeting point for tours.

Der var for mange ting der ikke var styr på. Aircon og TV virkede da vi ankom. Så manglede der toiletpapir, nye håndklæder, og der var ikke sat “nye” glas på værelset efter de havde været der for at gøre rent mm. Ydermere, skulle vi selv rykke for det tøj vi havde bedt dem vaske, der havde lagt i deres reception 1 hel dag. Personalet var meget søde og rare og stedet var i god stand.

The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly have no complaints But you get what you pay for , no space for clothes in the room , I was on my own if a couple it will be cosy Extremely noisy hotel , thin walls and corridors and some kind of night patrol wakes every one up 😱

Excellent location, right next to the monkey forest. Good condition of the hotel. However, rooms are quite small and you can hear the noise from the corridor. Staff are friendly and easily approachable. They have organised bikes and activities for us during the stay on request. Special mention on the food, breakfast is worth a try and the food at the restaurant is highly recommended and comes at a reasonable cost. The rooftop pool area was clean and relaxing. Definitely worth staying here if you don’t mind small spaces.

It was filthy. I was told I would get a refund and to date have not received it. The pillow cases were brown see photos and the headboard had very concerning stains and filth on it.
Note the color difference between pillow case and sheet.

Headboard stains…disgusting.
