「This is an older property, but is maintained nicely. My car broke down on the interstate heading back to Chicago. Management was accommodating by allowing me to check in hours earlier than what is normally acceptable. I can walk to the repair shop in just a few minutes as well as Chili's and mini-markets and a variety of other locations.」
「Facilities were inviting and appealing for this road tired traveler. The desk clerk, mgr/ was extremely helpful. We had a dog and a new puppy with us and he placed us in the most convenient room for us. We had reserved a room in advance but on a different floor. His thoughtfulness was greatly appreciated. 「Hotel was clean and the beds were comfortable. The only complaint would be that even at the highest setting on the TV, it was hard to hear over AC. Otherwise, everything was great and we would stay again. 」

「Close to lots of places to eat. Hot breakfast- when they have fresh eggs, they are good otherwise like rubber. Sausage, pancakes, bagels, muffins, yogurt to name a few of the things. This is our second time staying there and will stay here again of we are in the area.」
「This was our first time staying at Walnut Waters. It was an absolute pleasure to meet the owners and stay at such a relaxing and well-appointed venue. One of the best experiences was enjoying the beautiful scenery while relaxing on the pond. 」
「We had a late check in after the Chiefs game, and check in was quick and easy. The room was very clean and well maintained. We were however woken up right before 8 am by the housekeeping crew cleaning the room next door, and other rooms close by. It was pretty loud, and could hear their conversations outside the door. Honestly, that would be the only complaint. We made our way down to breakfast at 9, and normally with most other hotels, if you come during the last half of breakfast it's slim...
