"The tub was clogged we were standing in our own bath water while showering, the air was not working in our room. The ice machine was not working. They charged for parking $12 but when asked if we needed a parking pass we were never told they charge to park ! Like there was no place else to park. I will never stay in another double tree hotel. "

"The beds were very comfortable. Room had lots of space. We would definitely stay here again. Beautiful pool and hot tub area. Super friendly workers."

"Parking was very good, secure, staff was very nice, even brought us fresh towels at check in! Hard to understand, English wasn’t the best. The TV was poor. They did explain the trick to turning it on. But we didn’t understand them, didn’t want to be rude and keep asking. We did get it on, never got it to change channels, the remote was useless. For the price, we would stay again. It was very clean, bug free. The coffee was wonderful! "

It was obvious the floors hadn’t been swept/vacuumed, the shower walls had not been cleaned (hair and soap visible), the microwave had many finger prints visible, the top sheet was stained and had holes in it, the fitted sheet was fine but felt old and pilled, the tv never had signal, and the phone in the room did not work. I didn’t use any amenities so can’t speak to those. "
