"I stayed in the queen room and was extremely impressed for the price paid. It was the corner room overlooking the pool and it was a pleasure to wake up each morning looking at the view out the large windows. The location was great as it was only a short scooter ride from most bars and restaurants. Each trip on scooter was always around 5-10 mins. The staff were so friendly and always having a laugh. The vibe of the whole place was so fun and positive. Highly recommend. "

"Beware room 551 it is a dungeon on the 5th floor nothing like the pictures on Expedia or the hotel website - no balcony and a padlock on the window which we couldn’t open . Took us 5 hours of non stop talking to the hotel & Expedia and showing them the photos from the website to the photos we took of the room we were placed in before we were moved to a slightly better room with a balcony gave up arguing as just wanted to try and enjoy our holiday - hardly a delux room !"
