"Maybe partly because the building is a bit old, but there were some small bugs. Given that it's in a tropical area, having bugs around is pretty normal, but if you really can’t stand them, I’d recommend choosing a different hotel.
The breakfast was delicious, especially the Indonesian dishes! The food wasn't overly spicy, and many dishes allowed you to customize the flavors to your liking, which was really fun. My favorites were the Bubur Ayam (chicken porridge) and the strawberry yogurt.
The staff were friendly and incredibly helpful. While cleaning, they’d check in with us asking things like, "Do you have everything you need?" or "Would you like more of this?"
The balcony was absolutely amazing! You get a great ocean view, of course, but the sunrise and early morning skies are stunning! At night, the moon looks so beautiful. We even had a bird visit us in the evening, and we got to watch fireworks right from our balcony—maybe from someone's wedding! It was such a beautiful experience."
