The staff, especially Andrea, was super nice and very helpful. The room was large and comfortable. Breakfast buffet was great every morning. Close to everything you might want to see in Palermo.

The hotel changed ownership since the last time I stayed there. They "upgraded" me to a junior suite but the room was just a bedroom and a sitting area with a roll out bed. Pros: Breakfast is good and staff there is great. Clean and updated hotel. Great smelling lobby. Rooms are large enough and well maintained Great location Cons: Unfortunately the staff doesn't really care about tending to the needs of the clients as much as the previous management since we complained about the issues in the room multiple times and nothing was done. The room was located right above the smoking area of the hotel lobby and as you can image the noise, smell and overall experience of the room is less than adequate. Music started to play at 6AM and ended at 11PM daily. This is even heard with windows closed and AC on. Not the best when you are paying $1000 per night. At this point I have been to Palermo 2 times more than I wanted to.

Room was excellent, clean and luxurious, located right in the middle of the town full of restaurants! Would strongly recommend!
