They upgraded my mattress mid-stay which was good so they must be going through and doing this to all rooms. Had all the amenities I needed and was super close to Westfield for general shops and Chatswood Chase has a lot of food options that were fantastic - 2 minute walk to Westfield and 5 minute max walk to Chatswood Chase"

The staff are absolutely outstanding, extremely pleasant, helpful and always smiling. The room was excellent, with a surprise view of the Harbour Bridge, even though it was one of the cheaper options! I can't fault the hotel, worth every cent:)"
