The room was clean, the shower was hot and the aircon worked. The icing on the cake is the staff. Well done. I look forward to visiting again."

I noticed that the shampoo, conditioner and body soap are totally empty - nobody seems to be refilling the bottles. This has happened on three occasions now. I’ve had to shower with no soap which was terrible. "
