The property itself was clean and comfortable. however if your a light sleeper this isnt the place for you. The walls were super thin and all I could hear was nextdoor dragging their( I assume )chair across the floor all the time . Also I dont think the windows were double glazed so I could hear the noise from outside. Woken up several times by delivery trucks in the morning etc etc. I coped with this by wearing ear plugs and trying to use white noise to block out the sounds. Unfortunately there is a few people that liked to hang around the back Of the building. This can make You feel unsafe at times. The staff were friendly and the property was in a very good location

I really enjoyed my stay at Punthill Parramatta. People there are nice and very welcoming. The manager, Christine and her team were very helpful. Hotel location is excellent in regards to transportation, eating areas and shopping. Beautiful walking area along the river. Would definitely come back.

Stayed four nights. The friendly staff made us welcome from the beginning to the end. Our apartment was clean and had all the things we needed. We knew it was not serviced but the lovely cleaning staff provided any extras we needed including clean towels. We left something behind and Punthill reception sent an email and let us know.
