Uinta Cabin Family Retreat

Beautiful three story family cabin over looking the Bear River, bordering the Uinta National Forest. Bear River Lodge Cabin #8 is located right at the entrance of the Uinta National Forest, near Christmas Meadows, UT., 30 minutes from Evanston, WY. Year round access to the cabin. Five Bedrooms total, 2 with King beds, 3 with double Queen beds; Each bedroom has it's own bathroom, plus a large disability accessible bathroom on the main floor. Also includes two queen sofa sleepers. Enjoy all the amenities of home with: Two Family Rooms, two fully stocked Kitchens, all linens and towels, foosball table, a large loft with full length windows overlooking the Bear River, and two fishing ponds. Four flat screen TV's with Dish Satellite, and with internet. Two outdoor patios, with a barbeque grill for each. Handicap accessible. Laundry room with washer and dryer. Access to hundreds of miles of ATV trails, snowmobiling, cross-country skiing, hiking, snow shoeing, in the Wasatch National Forest - that begin right at your doorstep. Near many mountain lakes including Mirror Lake. Swimming pool/hot tubs, country store, ATV and Snowmobile rental, amphitheater, outdoor fire pit, and fishing ponds on property. Perfect for family reunions or shared family vacations. Enjoy ATV riding or snowmobiling during the day, and relax at night in a hot tub, and in your beautiful and tastefully decorated cabin.

Wonderful Family Cabin
The best things about our stay were: 1) It was exactly as described/depicted on VRBO. It was clean, well-stocked, and the rooms matched current condition. In addition, it had consummable items not included on VRBO such as shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in every bathroom; detergent pods in the laundry, dish and dishwasher detergent, trash bags, paper towels, and other cleaning supplies. 2) The outdoor pool was heated! And, the hot tub was relaxing. Hopping in and out between the two was wonderful! Side note - bring your own pool towels from your home or buy them at the Walmart in Evanston because the property doesn't supply them. 3) The little store on property sells some of the items you may have forgot, but also has a "take out restaurant." So, you can order meals, or snacks. Caution... the "shakes" are actually soft serve ice cream and worth every penny! 4) As for fishing, if you buy a Utah license for your stay, it is a short walk to the river where you can catch and keep your limit without any other cost. On property, there are options, but please review the costs associated with this option. We would definitely rent this property again!

Great cabin in an unbeatable location.
Our vacation was great. The cabin had more than enough room for our big group. The views are awesome, and the location is as good as it gets for UTV/ATV riding. Overall great place.

Great cabin in a convenient location
Plenty of room to enjoy time with friends. Love that I can pull the truck up to the place to load/unload. Plenty of space in the parking lot for the trucks and snowmobile trailers. Main floor family room gets a little tight when we are hanging out and watching movies, but the bedroom accommodations more than make up for it.
