"Immaculate hotel. The staff were all amazing! Always friendly coming in from a day or leaving! Room was always cleaned to perfection. I typically don’t take baths in hotels or at all but this deep tub called my name after exploring the city! I stayed in March and they had air conditioning for the Americans like me who can’t live without! Overall amazing stay can’t wait to come back! "

"Ok where to start. Lifts slow and old. Telephone and TV didn’t work in my room. Came back at 4pm one day to find room not cleaned. Said to receptionist please ask for my room to be cleaned immediately, while I grab a coffee. Came back at 5.30pm still not cleaned. Gave up. One day came down for breakfast around 10.10am. Told breakfast finished despite hotels.com website saying breakfast was until 10.30pm. Poor quality hotel for the price paid."

"The hotel was very clean the room was small but confortable for me and my husband. There is a lot restaurants near by amd the train station close by. The hotel staff were very helpful. I will definitely come back to this hotel."

"The location is decent; it’s close to the train station and a 30-minute walk to the Eiffel Tower. However, the amenities are poor. We only have one soap for all our needs, and the staff is unresponsive to our requests for towels and other items. If you’re okay with basic and poor customer service, this place might be suitable for you as a temporary accommodation. However, I believe there are better options available. "

"Very clean room with comfy bed, partial view of the Eiffel tower. Most importantly, amazing location with a metro stop at 5min walking distance and many pastry shops, cafes and restaurants nearby."
