The studio was in a great position. It had a comfortable bed and all all ammenities provided worked well. Claude was a great host with very effective communication and recommendations.

Check-in process was easy and the host was wonderful to deal with and greeted us and showed the apartment. The location was good and close to an excellent bakery that we loved (Bo&mie). There are a ton of restaurants with a 15 minute walk. Overall, we would’ve enjoyed the apartment had it not been for the person we found sleeping in the hallway outside our front door on our first and second mornings there. They were not there the third morning. Apparently this is occasionally an issue that the building is aware of. It made our children uncomfortable.

Das Quartier ist sehr schön zentral gelegen, trotzdem ruhig, da es in einer wenig befahrenen Nebenstraße liegt. Alles ist gut fußläufig erreichbar. Und die Gastgeberin ist eine sehr herzliche Dame

Our host was very kind and considerate of our arrival time and that means a lot! She even gave us recs for places to eat and where to buy groceries! The property was close to everything and we had no trouble getting around and getting daily needs. All in all we had a great time!

This is a great studio apartment conveniently located, close to all those wonderful places in Paris that you would want to explore. From the very moment of booking the studio to the moment of arrival Claude made sure that we were properly informed and wonderfully attended, she was waiting for us at our arrival and guided us through all things we needed to know about her place and the neighborhood, she is an amazing host and we strongly recommend this studio apartment.

The location is good. It’s a 3-4 min walk to subway station and bus stops. About 10-15 mins total to get to the tower. The apartment has no street facing windows. It’s an old building like most buildings in Paris. There was some cigarette smell in the room. On hot days the AC will not be able to cool the room very well, it’s a small stand alone AC. Ideal for 2 people, tight for a family of 4. The main bed was nice, the sofa bed was too soft.

The location is exceptional, and close to 3 metro stations. Claude, the hostess, was exceptionally helpful, and met us personally and gave suggestions on what to see and where to eat. The unit however was very rustic. There were drainage issues in the shower, and there was an odor in the bathroom. The beds were very comfortable.

Wir, eine Familie mit zwei Kindern und einem Hund hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in Paris. Die Wohnung ist sauber, funktional und sehr ruhig, wunderbar in der Altstadt gelegen, vieles fußläufig erreichbar.. die Betten bequem, in der Küche alles Notwendige vorhanden. Die Vermieterin ist ein Schatz, unkompliziert und sehr freundlich, hat uns beim ankommen in der Wohnung erwartet, alles gezeigt, tolle Tips für Paris gegeben.Preis Leistung super, wir kommen gerne wieder!

A short stay in Paris

This is a wonderful location for a short stay. Metro and trains in easy walking distance, close to the Seine, Louvre, Eiffel Tower, Notre Dame, and still nice a residential feel near food markets and corner restaurants.

Claude was wonderful and so helpful with tips about Paris for our first trip. The Studio was perfect for us. Located in La Maria’s, it was close enough for us to walk almost everywhere - Montmarte, Notre Dame, La Louvre, Eiffel Tower, Place des Vosges not to mention the numerous bakeries, pastry shops, and restaurants. Highly recommend this Studio and Claude as the host!

Perfect Location!

We enjoyed our stay, location was excellent. We were not able to use the kitchen to the extent we expected as the stove top was not operational, at least we were not able to figure it out. Comfortable stay suited us just fine.
