This 12 sqm studio is located on the 2nd floor of a building with an elevator. The space is thoughtfully arranged and includes a double bed, a table with chairs suitable for dining or working, and a flat-screen TV. Wi-Fi is available and suitable for remote work and video calls.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a sink, stove, microwave, mini-fridge, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and all necessary cookware, dishes, and utensils. While there is no washing machine, a laundromat is conveniently located nearby. An iron and ironing board, as well as basic cleaning equipment, are provided.
The sleeping area faces the street and features a comfortable double bed with a quality mattress. Freshly laundered bed linen, pillows, and towels are provided for each guest. The apartment also includes a private bathroom, accessible from the hallway, with a shower, toilet, and sink. A hair dryer and complimentary toiletries - including shampoo, shower gel, hand soap, and toilet paper are provided to start your stay.
Our guests’ safety is our top priority, which is why the flat is professionally cleaned and sanitized before each arrival. The apartment is heated throughout during the winter months. There is no air conditioning, but portable fans can be provided upon request, subject to availability.

*In the instance that you you will NOT be doing a self check-in and a member of our Welcoming Team must meet you to provide the keys: if you arrive between 19:00 and 21:59 there will be a €50 late check-in fee. Between 22:00 and 00.59 there will be a €90 check-in fee. After 1 AM - €120 check-in fee. This fee is only payable in cash in local currency. Kindly give notice via SMS or email if you will be delayed and unable to check in at your pre-arranged time. Our Welcoming Assistant will wait for you at the meeting point. Management reserves the right to enter the property for purposes of inspection, maintenance, cleaning, or to show the unit to potential tenants.
