"Was slightly upset on afew things such as read they had wheelchair accessible parking for 6 i think but had no disabled bays cars parked in free for all had to leave keys at reception incase needed to be moved. Also said step free entrance which was also not the case and struggled to get to entrance for how cars were parked. Bed seemed like a small double which was rock hard next morning stripped the bed as we always do and wish hadnt when we see the state of the covers.and flooring very uneven. Guess we just picked up on things for disabled so may not be an issue for non disableds."

"Only thing was the cracked tile on the bathroom floor, annoying every time you stepped on it . Also we didn’t get our room serviced on the 2nd day . Breakfast was lovely and the room was nice . "

"Pictures are very deceiving. I would not recommend this place at all unfortunately. Our room was beyond basic, there were marks all over the walls, something spilt down the side of the broken bedside table, no headbords, the window frame had burn marks on it and was mouldy and filthy. The taps in the bathroom were leaky and I have never seen a shower so mouldy. Had it not been so late when we got to our room I would not have stayed. I didn't see a member of staff when we left, so couldn't raise my concerns. I did ring the bell several times, nobody turned up. I left feeling dirty and tired, this hotel is really not fit for paying guests, sorry."

"This hotel is horrible and should be avoided by all means. The staff were rude. They asked for a deposit and I gave then my card but they refused and asked for cash only. In my check in instruction I have received from Expedia and hotel policy, there is no mention for cash. I have to walk for 10 mins for the nearest ATM. Next day in check out I realised why they asked for cash deposit as they want to rippe us by picking anything in the room to charge you. I had to wait for 15 mins for the guy to go to the room to check it and he came back and said the sink in the bathroom has toothpaste stains and asked me to pay for that or I have to clean it by myself and also to empty the rubbish bin!!. He went back to check the room again. It was obvious they are after the 50£ deposit. The location was not central or on the beach. The room size was small and had nothing apart from TV and bed. I am wondering why Expedia allows reservations through its platform. Form more than 20 years I have trusted Expedia and Ebooker to make my reservation with high stander hotel not such horrible hotel."
