"Chateau Monfort Hotel is a beautiful hotel! It is so beautifully decorated and the rooms are a good size with comfortable beds. The staff could not have been more professional, helpful and pleasant. The breakfast was excellent and the bar was a daily evening stop for a Hugo spritz! The hotel is in a great location making it easy to get around. It's an easy walk to the Duomo, the Galleria and some of the high end shopping streets."

"AC was effective but breezy and not as quiet as you might hope. Ok for me but light sleepers could struggle. Bars next door are open to early hours and the street noise does come through despite double glazing. Location good. Staff friendly. Rooms clean and beds comfy."

"My wife and I stayed at Hotel Berna for 2 nights in May 2026. The hotel staff was very friendly, professional, and helpful. The hotel was clean, well maintained, the room was nicely appointed and spacious. The hotel is walking distance to the Milan Central Train Station. Additionally, there are a variety of restaurants withing easy walking distance, in fact one right next door and another across the street, both of which we ate at and had no complaints. Our only complaint is that the carpet in our room needed to have a deep cleaning, shampooed thoroughly removing all stains."

"Property is well located. Room and bed were comfortable. Staff were friendly and accommodating. We got our room early, which was greatly appreciates since we had just arrived on an overnight transatlantic flight. Breakfast was delicious. For AC to work, you have to ask the front desk to ‘activate’ it, but once on, it worked like a charm."

"A lovely hotel in a great location - close to historic centre but away from busy tourist areas. Room was big and very comfortable. Bar and dining room felt a bit soulless, but there are lots of local bars and restaurants within easy walking distance."
