Property and Location was spacious. Carol, our host met with me at property.She became frustrated with me when explaining how to turn on lazy river. This set the tone on how approachable she was when we had other concerns on the property. Queen casita was dirty/sticky floors. Several TVs on property ...

Palm Mountain Resort and Spa
Clean friendly I love the bikes at the front door. I would stay here again. It’s a super location. I wish they had a bar out by the pool though lol

Indian Wells Resort Hotel
The front desk staff was excellent, gave us an upgrade when our room was not ready. The suite was spacious, although the decor is a bit dated and the air very stale. Nice little gym. The pool area looked nice but we were not there long enough to use it.
