"Large room with large bathroom, very clean, convenient little fridge in our room. There was also a sink with cutlery, crockery, microwave and dishwashing utensils just out of our door. Seating area indoors and outdoors. All well kept, clean and very practical. Bus stop literally under our balcony. "

The B&B is located about an 8 minute walk to the beach. If you prefer a more serene beach, walk just 10 minutes more and you will be at the beautiful, rocky Reserva Naturale di Capo Gallo. You will need good rubber sole rock shoes. "

"This hotel is more like a motel for people to stay overnight when they travel, definitely not for a family vacation. We stayed for 5 nights but only to travel to different beaches in the north part of Sicily. Breakfast was very far from a continental kind of breakfast. The hotel doesn't have any atmosphere, although it has potential. When you book a room, be careful not to get a room in the -1 level, as there is a restaurant at 0 level and you would hear all the noise from the restaurant until...

"Everything was great, up until we needed a taxi to the train station. The desk lady just kind of pointed the right outside and said you can catch a taxi over there. But the night before, the other lady at the desk said it would be no problem to call you a taxi. So there you go. Then the taxi guy I got us to the train station gouged us around $40.00"

"Property has everything including being convenient to Palermo airport. Excellent breakfast included. Helpful staff. All the amenities. Short walk to wonderful beach. Or just sit on terrace having drinks and watch sunset. Free parking. Great way to start or finish trip. More like villas. Ping Pong. Gorgeous pool. But not overrun with kids. Great place to dine if you don't wish to go out."

"Great property, family friendly, Lots to do with kids. The rooms are a bit dated and not well maintained but the grounds are beautiful. Food was okay nothing to rave about the breakfast wasnt worth it. The bars, pools, slides, shops and all all were great. "
