"The staff were excellent and the resort is beautiful. However, they do t offer a hotel shuttle to/from the airport and there is no coffee maker in the rooms. For us, coffee in the rooms is a big plus. Instead if you want coffee you have to walk to the bakery on the main floor and it’s very expensive."

"Half the lights were broken or didn’t work, the water pressure was terrible, and the main reason we stayed there was the pool and no where did they say it would be getting worked on when we made the reservation. The elevators all had missing buttons or cracked panels it was over not a great experience and I won’t be staying at Luxor again"

"Great price, good hotel that is showing signs of its age here and there. It has an underlying remote smell of mold or age (I'm very sensitive to that smell). The hotel is conveniently located on the bus line from the airport - $2 vs the flat rate of $21 for an Uber, cab, etc. And is only 2.8 miles from the airport. The bus stop is just across the street from the property between it and New York, NY hotel on the northwest corner."

"The room was dirty and there were “red stains” on the pillows on the couch. Seemed like old furniture and areas that weren’t regularly cleaned. Seems had dark stains but bathroom was clean. Didn’t get the rainfall shower like advertised. Not a big deal but was kinda looking forward to it. Probably won’t stay there again."

"The room was clean but had tears in the wallpaper, scuffs that need paint. Worn a little bit. No coffee machine or microwave. These are not cost saving measures - but convenience for most people. I get it - make money. But from this customer - first time this happens to me - and will be the last. I would rather stay on the other side of strip - and take taxis to WSOP next time. Thanks but no thanks. Steve Wabnitz"
