「Staff were lovely, big car park. Bed was okay. Everything in the room seemed to be very low.. The sink, the door handle.. All felt like I had to bend down to use. Very weird to have no plugs by the bedside, and only on the other side of the room, which was odd given it's all been recently refurbished. Good location, and I'd stay again.」

「Hotel and room were clean. Some scuff marks on corridor paintwork and doors. Other guest were noisy and a lot of traffic noise if you leave the window open. Breakfast good choice but hot meal a little cold and my sausages were undercooked. However plenty of choice. Staff seemed a little disorganized but we're pleasant and helpful. Parking was good at £4 per day. Location excellent to AI and M62 so easy access when leaving. Short taxi ride into town and fairs excellent.」

「Ashley is always super helpful…just as if he were your family member. This hotel building is charming but does not have a lift. However you don’t have to carry your bag. The staff carry it right away without demanding any tip. Sorry I am from a country of no tips so I totally forgot to leave tips. This hotel is located within walking distance from/to the Shipley Station and Salts area and in front of a nice little park. Everyone especially Ashley give you such an uplifting encouragement. A...

「Enjoyed our stay at Brighouse Holiday Inn . Room was good size but a little bit dated. Staff were excellent and I got a great price」

「Great - clean and not too far in a taxi from Sowerby Bridge (steep incline if walking!)」

「No problems with anything」

「Hotel itself was little old but it's all cleaned well and the room was spacious. Staff are super helpful and fulfilled all my needs, very professional and gentle. Location is 10min walk from station and easy access. Overall it's a great place with good value. I'll defnetely stay again. 」

「Had a lovely 2 night stay for work related activities. Staff were amazing check in was quick and friendly. Car chargers available as well which is a bonus. I didn’t eat here due to work commitments but the bar area was welcoming and cosy. WiFi was an issue on the afternoon and evening of my second day which meant I couldn’t catch up on work I also didn’t have good mobile signal so couldn’t hot spot! On both evenings there was some disruption to my sleep due to cars meeting up on the car park and...

「Friendly and easy accommodating staff. The hotel itself was a bit old (a part of history I guess) and some switches on the wall weren’t working properly. We visited in the end of Feb but the room was cosy and warm. 」

「We stayed for two nights and had a very friendly welcome. Our room was beautiful, very clean and well equipped. The bed was comfortable as were the pillows. The bathroom was huge with a free standing roll top bath and seperate shower. The hotel was right on the door step of the town centre and cafes, bars and restaurants though everything you need is right in the hotel. Breakfast was cooked to order and served piping hot, one of the best breakfasts I’ve ever had. Overall the hotel is fabulous...
