"This was a quaint place to stay in the Byward Market area of Ottawa. Walking distance (10-15 min) from the Shaw Centre for our conference, and just a few blocks from the Champagne fitness center which has a full-length 25 yard pool. The room was well equipped with microwave, fridge, plates and utensils as well as table/desk, and had a private balcony as well. "Check in was easy although they were quite busy as computers had went down an hour before I was there and there was a concert in town. Staff were very friendly and quick to assist any way they could from directions, to borrowing a pair of scissors. Complimentary breakfast was above what I expected and a great end to a wonderful stay. Definitely would stay here again if in the area "
