「A lovely, clean hotel - only good things to say about our stay, with one important exception- parking. The hotel parking garage can only accommodate vehicles measuring under 5’7”. We had to try and find offsite parking which proved expensive and we worried about the security of the vehicle during our stay.」

「Our experience at the Holiday Inn in Downtown Ottawa was top notch from start to finish. Nicholas at the front desk was amazingly helpful when checking us in and definitely went above and beyond. The room was clean and stocked with all the amenities! The cleaning staff came in and thoroughly cleaned our room while we were out enjoying the city and were so warm and friendly! As was the gentleman who takes care of the elevators. This hotel will be our first pick when we visit Ottawa again. Thank...
