"Elevators to slow "

"The first room I was in had a bug in the bed so I asked to change rooms, there wasn’t an apology or a sense of urgency by the front desk to inspect the issue. I was however changed to a different room, unfortunately this was on the back of the building facing the construction. I also noticed that the room was not cleaned during the stay which meant no water or coffee restocked in the room during my stay"

"The hotel and the location was very pretty!!! The room was awesome with a very nice view. Staff was very polite and helpful. The only problem was breakfast. On booking it said that breakfast was included in the booking so we were expecting a free buffet breakfast but on arriving the staff informed that the breakfast is not included and that we’ll have to pay 16.99 per person. She said that people usually think breakfast is included but it’s not specially with the online booking its most definitely not. So that was a bummer other than that its a very good hotel"

"Staff very nice, valet parking was really appreciated and easy, breakfast was delicious, rooms and hotel were very clean and well situated. Only negative comment would be that the rooms would need a little refresh. Overall, we had a great time."

"Love the valet parking. Location is close to all things downtown walking distance. Great ambience in the dining area and bar. Rooms clean and comfortable."

"For the price, it’s a great location and set up with kitchens in the room. But everything else is pretty basic."
