"Rooms are good. Great location for buses for the Tsuga resort. Good food around. Staff is great. I'm 6'5" so toilet was tight for me. But other than that I enjoyed my stay "

"Nice location and off the beaten path. An easy 15 minute drive to most things we wanted to see; zoo, central Nagano, Nagano station. Easy parking, nice relaxing hot bath on balcony. It was an older Ryoken but maintained and Friendly staff. "

"The hotel was under construction, smelled like propane, there was no restaurants open in walking distance, and the onsen was closed. We didn’t stay the night we left and found better suited accommodation. "

"Hallways smelt poorly, carpets are stained throughout the facility. We got the 4 person japanese room (only 2 in the room) and it was adeqaute for us. Outdoor tub included with room can only hold two people, food included with half board was buffet style and wasn't very good, however had a decent selection of western, japanese and chinese cuisines."
