Die Klimaanlage istvin einer Nische verbaut und kühlt somit nur einen kleinen Teil des Zimmers. "The hotel is very clean and Nice. Quality linen and bath towels. The staff is amazing and very welcoming, especially the bartender. They all helped us with local tips. They also have an afternoon tea and coffee service with pastries as a treat and it’s very well located. We’ll definitely be back"

"The hotel and restaurant was extremely nice. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The view of Lake Laguna is amazing. If you’re going there to “stay”, it’s perfect. However, I’m not sure why this property shows on Expedia when searching for hotels around Lake Como. The property is about 35 miles from Como city and the last six (6) miles are treacherous. The roads are narrow and a number of switchback turns on the section of roads. The road makes traveling in the area difficult. I can’t imagine the road during winter months."

"Perfect location from the train station, to the main street, surrounding cafés and restaurants, and most importantly, stunning view of the Matterhorn right outside of the hotel itself while you enjoy a nice cup of coffee on the front Terrace. Staff was very accommodating as I had a late check-in. It is certainly walkable from Zermatt HB station. However, I can see this walk can be challenging if you have a lot of luggage with you."

"This is an amazing hotel in many ways! The staff are incredibly warm and helpful; the location is fantastic --with breath-taking views; the swimming pools and spa are top-notch; the restaurant food and service are excellent. It is an easy walk to Stresa, where we enjoyed shopping and drinks. I simply cannot say enough good things about our stay! I give this hotel my highest recommendation."
