They are incredibly friendly and welcoming, Their flexibility was particularly impressive; when we encountered flight issues, the hotel made it incredibly easy for us to change our stay dates via email, responding promptly and resolving the situation with zero stress. The team even took the time to advise us on our finances, thoughtfully reminding us to pay in the local currency (CHF) rather than Canadian Dollars (CAD) on our credit cards to ensure we received the best possible exchange rate. Another standout moment was our final day; we had an early departure before the regular breakfast hours. Without us even asking, the front desk arranged with the kitchen to prepare on-the-go breakfast and lunch packs for our journey. It is these small, proactive gestures that turn a good stay into an unforgettable one."

"This place was absolutely magical-even for Zermatt! I’ll go as far as to say that it has been one of the best stays of my life (all around the world). On arrival, we walked in to a lovely warmth and smell of bread/fruit (super homey). The gentleman who greeted us was very kind and welcoming. The check-in was so quick (which was great after a long day of travel). The place is beautiful, well-kept, and clean. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The buffet breakfast was delectable. And the views of the Matterhorn are breath-taking. I would come back to Zermatt just to stay at this little piece of heaven. Thank you for such a great stay! "
