I politely asked for a set of clean sheets as I believed one of the beds had been overlooked. He said he will come change them. All three, soap, shampoo and conditioner were completely empty, and looked like it hadn't been filled in a while. The ice maker was broken and looked like it had been broken for a while. The hotels' web site advertises a continental breakfast. Nope. In fact, when we stayed there in 2023, they said that they hadn't served the breakfast since covid.
