「First thing I noticed when I stepped into the building to check in was how clean it looked and smelled. Such a bright atmosphere. The staff were professional, courteous, and helpful, we were even asked if there was anything that could be done to improve our stay? If you’re looking for a place that serves very tasty breakfast, enjoy the buffet with extended hours. If ever back in the area, I will definitely stay here again!」

「I had a pleasant stay. No complaints. Would book again in the near future.」

「Excellent hot breakfast - not the cheap continental layout.」

「Stayed the night before my wedding, paid for a king suite with a sofa bed but received a single queen standard room and was told that there “wasn’t much of a rate difference” and was given no explanation as to why I didn’t get the correct room. (My friends that paid for standard rooms, checked in after I did, got rooms that were bigger than mine and that had a sofa bed.) after a fire alarm evacuation at 11 pm, which I understand is no fault of the hotel, there was water pouring from the bathroom...

「The property was very clean, staff were helpful and responsive. The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast had lots to choose from, although we ate 30 minutes before breakfast service ended so the coffee was lukewarm and the oatmeal was watery. I would definitely stay here again, however. It is in a nice area with lots of dining and shopping options.」

「Everything was mildew smell, gaged in the elevator. Advertised continental breakfast, but waffles were the only hot food available.」

「Had a great experience if I will come back, I'll stay here again」

「Convenient location. Spacious room. Very good breakfast.」

「Outdated, not very clean or nice, no room cleaning, pool looked gross」

「I booked the room through Expedia by advance payment, but the hotel charged my credit card again, which means double-charged. It was really troublesome to sort it out. The room was nice and clean, but noises from upstairs was loud and very annyoing..」

「There were some issues that took place, that should not have taken place. The first one was there was no remote for the t.v. When I brough this up to the front desk this was taken care of right away. The second issue was in the morning, I was trying to get juice and the juice never came out of the machine. I brough this up to a staff member and they flipped the switch and it worked. Both of these mistakes were avoidable.」

「The hotel was overbooked and no room was available at check-in.」

「The room was very clean, and very nice. The breakfast provided with the cost of the room is off the chart. The number of options offered at breakfast was overwhelming. Good job」

「The staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the mid-century style of the furnishings in our room which was clean and cosy」
