Great place to stay. Loved the private beach access. We used the pool on the 1st floor and had it to ourselves most of the time! Just the right size for the 4 in our family! Easy to get In and out of the parking garage. Loved this place. Will probably book the same place again!

I’m not one to complain, but staying at this unit was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. The room was unkept and banged up badly. Master toilet did not work, nor did the sliding door out to patio area. No WiFi booklet was available and the host didn’t know the password. This unit was totally misrepresented. I would NOT recommended this unit, or this host to anyone. I hope my next stay with VRBO is better, or I’ll never stay in any of their accommodations again.

Great stay

This property was perfect for a weekend getaway with friends. The beds were very comfortable and the space had everything we needed. Will definitely be looking into staying here again.

Beach Vacation

The property was great for our family. Close to restaurants, shopping, grocery store, ice cream etc. The pools were great. The beach is just steps away. Enjoyed our stay.

The room was okay until the last 2 days. There was a leak in the kitchen light that resulted in the light falling from the ceiling. It was hanging by a wire. We were afraid to touch it. I messaged the owner twice. No response. We got the property manager to send someone. He took the light down and kicked the breaker. Wires still were hanging from the ceiling and it still leaked. Other little problems: the toilet in the master bath wouldn't flush, the garbage disposal didn't work, and the sliding door to the balcony wouldn't slide open.

It was small for the 5 of us (we have 3 tall teenagers) but it was ok. Having the pools and beach access was nice. It was clean. Our biggest issue was that the A/C didn’t work well and it felt muggy and was hard to sleep with it so warm. Personally I would have liked a table so we could have played games. There were lots of little things that were not the best, like the patio door sticks terribly, the hot/cold washer lines are switched, thankfully someone logged into Netflix or we wouldn’t have been able to watch anything on TV. Overall, we still enjoyed our trip.

Great stay

We didn't have any issues at all. The condo is nice and had everything we needed. Everything worked properly. We would definitely hope to stay there again when we come back.

DO NOT STAY HERE. The host is non existent. Tried to get in touch with him for over a month, and literally nothing. His toilets could explode and flood his condo, and he would never know. Even VRBO tried to contact him and still no response. I just can’t imagine treating guests that way. There are 100s of other places to stay.. go find one of those places.

***DO NOT RECOMMEND. *** Much smaller than depicted and who needs electricity? Half of the condo did not have power our entire stay (yes, we checked the breakers)!! Unresponsive host, luckily we got half our back from VRBO, which was also a hassle. No sockets, lights, TV or fan in living room worked, no lights in kitchen worked, they had LAMPS plugged in to light the kitchen, so they obviously knew yet booked it anyway!! Porch light didn't work, Master tv didn't work and The WiFi never worked. These must be old pics bc these condos are VERY run down now. Pools were nice and beach access was nice. The pool side bar was great also!

We came for a college graduation and the place was perfect for what we came to do. The building is older but the Condo was updated very nicely. Nice pools and the beach was perfect. Thank you for sharing your Condo with us.

Very relaxing

Stayed here for 7 days. Though the complex is old, it is very comfortable and the amenities are great. Three pools, a very short walk to the beach and the Sugar Shack were great. I would defiantly recommend staying here and plan to return.

Our experience with this property was extremely disappointing. Upon arrival, the condo had a very strong musty, mold-like odor throughout the entire unit. The smell was so overwhelming that we couldn’t stay in the room. My daughter and I have asthma, and shortly after being inside we began having an asthma attack, making it unsafe for us to remain in the unit.We immediately attempted to contact the property owner. Between myself, Vrbo customer support, and even the security officer downstairs, multiple attempts were made to reach them. We never received a response from an actual person, only automated messages welcoming us and wishing us a good trip.With no assistance and no way to resolve the situation, we had no choice but to leave and book two hotel rooms elsewhere at our own expense. As of writing this review, we still have not heard from the owner.I understand that issues can happen with any property, but the complete lack of communication and support made an already stressful situation much worse. I hope this review encourages the owner to improve both the condition of the unit and their responsiveness to guests.

Honestly the worst experience. I had messaged the host weeks before our stay and never got a response. Day of check in, the keypad code was never sent. We traveled across 3 states and unable to get access. I attempted to contact the host but no answer was received and the voicemail box was too full to leave a message. VRBO also was not able to reach the host so VRBO cancelled our reservation and refunded us. Thanks for leaving us stranded out of state. Our plans were completely changed because someone didn’t fulfill their part.
