Very comfortable queen sofa sleeper, relaxing recliner, oversize chair, and a large flat screen television in the living area with outstanding water front views. Fully equipped kitchen with wood cabinetry, beautiful granite counters and new stainless appliances. Dining area has a coastal wood table, four chairs, and two stools at the breakfast bar. Cozy master bedroom features a king-size bed and flat screen television. Bathroom features shower/tub combination with a granite counter. Stacked washer and dryer in unit. Amazing Gulf front view can be enjoyed from the table and chairs or the chaise lounge on the balcony.

Everything was great. New tv in living room; good hd picture, all apps, easy to operate. All appliances worked and AC kept us cool. Beautiful view of beach and gulf. The only thing it needed was an updated small HD tv in bedroom with apps.

Kitchen was well stocked with appliances, pots, dishes, etc. The decor was beautiful and matched the environment. A couple of things: bring a blanket because the bedspread is removed bc of Covid, metal bed squeaks when you flip-needs WD 40, and their is a musty smell when you go in-maybe from old carpet? We did have a lovely time; fixing those couple of things would make the stay nicer.
