I have stayed at the Royal Paradise hotel and Spa multiple times, already 5 times this year alone. The staff are always very helpful and polite. I like to single out the very helpful manager Yuki who always helps so very much. She is a valuable asset to the hotel. The rest of the staff are always very pleasant also.
